And Ill have the same problem in 2026 with my 1vj which was imported in 2000.....unless I sell it....

Im wanting to put my 34L onto a Historic registration , but need to know when it was manufactured... where can I go to to get relevant information...it was regd in the UK on 3/4 /84....but it if it was made before Jan 1 then I can get it on a historic plate...

After 9 months of frustration, problems, waiting for others I took her to the Mot station and it passed with no advisories so happy day today!!!
Seat cover will be done soon!!!

And so!!!!.. Searching around a bit I find out about the extra 6mm bolt that's inside the starter motor casing..... It was missing.. And yes I didnt replace it as I should have.... However the spare motor also had it missing too..
So its replace it in the morning and hopefully no more leaking!..

I have an oil leak under the starter motor...
I am sure its from the connector of the oil pipe to crankcase.... I have put in a new seal but still leaking... What is the best thing to put on the connection????

I did similar, I put on a megaphone zorst.... Very loud, so put on a cheap aftermarket one... Still noisy so solution was to put in steel wire wool scourer pads to dull down the noise....... Worked till I got an original exhaust....

I'm very tempted to get on the beach.... Too many doo gooders and grockles here at present....

It was pissing out 😂😂... But 🤞🤞 it was the seal from the oil pipe going onto the crankcase under the starter... Seems OK... For now anyway!!

The clutch works but will keep an eye on...

Mot next... And a few bits like hand guards and a tail pack... And seat cover...
