The manual is wrong! Found the answer on YouTube. Hold down both 'select' and 'reset'
buttons with one hand and turn on ignition with the other - speedo changes from mph to kph!!
Job done!
According to my handbook, I can change from mph to kph by pressing the 'select' button on my 2009 XT660Z for two seconds. I have tried this and nothing happens!
I can set the clock ok and switch between trip meters. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for answering, the bike is a UK model. Have ordered a new headlamp - ouch!!
The speedo is digital and I can switch to km - at least that doesn't cost anything!
Hi, has anyone imported an XT660Z to France? If so did you need to get a certificate of conformity and where did you get it? Yamaha UK want £75 to issue but have stopped issuing due to covid!
Did you have to change the headlight or are the lenses neutral? Mine is a 2009 (made in Italy).
