Hi, maybe your decomp wire is to tight. Its important to set it correctly by the book.

Hi.
Some minor scores in the head alu Cam bearings, doesnt do any harm as long as you remove all scuffmarks protruding the surface. The cam itself you should replace. The Cam rotates in an thin oilfilm so it will work fine with som minor scores.

Hi.
If you have gasoline, ( and proper ) spark and air. Then the only thing stopping the engine to fire, is the timing ( compression ). Since the timing on these bikes is not adjustable, you most likely only has to adjust your valve Gap to the proper settings.
0,002-0,004 inch on the inlet, and 0 ...

It's a really nice looking thing :congrats: , can you clarify if the panels are wrapped or carbon throughout ?
They are wrapped, meaning the panels and fenders where first plastic shoot blasted( to clean and roughen up the surface ) and then wrapped with two layers of carbon fibre reinforced ...

to my knowledge the only different on the 2NF vs 2KF is the restrictet inlet / intake rubbers between the carburator and the cylinderhead, hence the 2NF version is downgraded to about 27 Hp.
