My seal spins with the drive, seems wrong so I wanted to change it but touch wood no more leaks so I've left it

Just getting through some maintenance to recommision it for the road. Really needs a tear down and frame up rebuild which I intend to do later on down the track but engine seems sound for now so see how she goes.

No, it's removed, strange. Looks like I got away with just replacing the orings and i think it's sealing, see how it goes on a ride. Would have liked to have replaced that seal tho.

Wondering what i'm missing with the Tach Drive assembly.

I am wanting to replace oil seal #25 shown in the diagram.

I have removed the worm gear/shaft that engages with the output shaft to the tach cable however this tach cable output shaft will not pull out along with the seal #25 on top ...

Reviving a 12 year old post I know, anyway I'm now the owner of this bike and it's living down on the Gold Coast :)
