It was the first time i'tried to do something like that (could have been better) so it's not difficult, all you need is an oven and the wife out of the house

If you can get your hands on a screen you can make your own. Mine was broken, patched together and used it as a mould :wink2:

Hey jibber thanks mate, nice ones but for half the price i found a new old stock one, and for a little less from that a good used WP one but that is from a xt600z and is longer (42 vs 32.5) and dont know if and how it will fit.

On board after a long time during which a lot have happened: the old girl was stolen, but got it back a few days after with a lot of her plastics damaged, anyway... Thanks Andy, checked the ignition witch and sorted out the button there cause it didn' t have good contact, then took a look at the battery and as i was fiddling around there one wire from the fuse that was soldered on the connector to the battery was completely cut, small wonder how it fired up and ...

Hi mates, after some sob knocked over the poor old girl and dissareared, he left the cowling in pieces and the R/H Wind Deflector in even worst condition, so i am on the look for reasonable priced spares (if there can be found any), leftovers in the shed :biggrin: or any help will be appreciated ...
