Thank you for the advice I managed to get a puller kit and after hours of pulling and pulling and pulling and more pulling I got the majority of the dent out there is still a crease line but minimal filler is better than slapping loads on :biggrin:

Thanks all, Yes Olli will change the front fender I got a new (correct) front and rear fender in white and I have a spare tank (with dents) that needs fixing that I am going to paint white.
I prefer White paintwork but will keep the original bodywork somewhere safe. I really wanted a black frame ...
