Hi all, I am doing a rebuild of top end of xtz 660 engine. I've ordered OEM oversize piston and ring set. Will the ring gaps be correct after machining the cylinder bore to the specified size? Or I should be prepared to do some filing?

Are theese two carbs interchangeable? I'm asking only in terms of diameters inlet and outlet. As far as I know later xt600 and xtz660 used both y26pv carbs. But going through the pics available on the web they look slightly different. What are the differences between them?
