Eric how is the inner face of the kick start rod hole on the side cover? Oval shape or minor use?

Started to bolt a few bits on,don't panic the black bolt on that holds the top tree on is only temporary while one is getting chromed.

Got a big box of bits zinced, just grabbed whatever I could find, including 2 headlight surrounds.

With your zinc plater do they have to wire each item or do they tumble them? How do they charge?

Hi Burnie,they wire each part,I did about 1 1/2 bikes worth and it cost $120 which included the gold coloured bits for the carby.

Hi Karl, that tank tree is my spare race car chassis,you can buy it if you want :shades: Sad day yesterday as I said goodbye to my old bus that I hauled my race car in,no time to race as I have too many bikes to build :nordie:
