Got most of the battery end sussed out, can't understand why there's 3 red wires... I'm guessing 2 are joined by a fuse holder & one goes to the battery.... but which one.. :scratch:

The front end will be a different story, most of the plugs on a 3AJ are joined under the tank, & on a 600E they must be joined behind the headlamp, which is why I've got an abundance of wires/cables.... what I need is a supplier of good waterproof connectors.... (Mezo didn't you mention someone who did super dooper connectors on your ADV thread)....

Gonna need to shorten & reconnect all of this stuff.... trouble is, I thought Yamaha would have standardised the colours between models for handlebar switches, warning lights, etc... but it appears they haven't & as I'm using parts from 3 different models its gonna be a slow process of checking stuff out....

And one goes to the starter relay! :sherlock:

I have previously purchased weatherproof bullet connectors from Dick Smith Electronics.
I will check around to see if they are still available. :bigeek:
