Re: Danjets Honda Transalp
had a play around with the forks this arvo, the front end was very soft so i drained the oil and made some new spacers to increase the preload, stock spacers are 40mm new one's 60mm

all done refilled with 10w instead of 5w oil, and the new forkskins

There used to be a business in Moss St, Slacks Ck that would modify exhausts.
I'm sure that any of the bike shops there would be able to steer you in the right direction.
Try Startline or Dave Kellett.
Its in your neck of the woods.
Got to be a cheaper option.
Most car exhaust shops will build you a joiner piece if you need it.
By the way if you want to get rid of that 99c can I'll have it!

Re: Danjets Honda Transalp
another "little" job out the way, took alot longer than i though
the plastic radiator guard was all cracked and someone had cut a slot in it to run the clutch cable through

filled these cracks up with plenty of plastic

cut up an old battery box to use as patches, slot repaired

replaced the big section that was missing

glued and reinforced this crack

on the back

and the finished product
