Hi Spike, the header is a stainless Motad that you can't buy any more, the company went bust. Same internal diameter as standard.
The silencer is a stainless Arrow Dakar that's available everywhere. They are the go to pipe on these early Teneres.

Very nice upgrades and good work Dan!
Hey Spike! I was also looking for these stainless steel headpipes but unfortunately as Dan replied, they don´t do them anymore. A good alternative is to head for TTR600 headpipes. They are great and won´t get rotten as the original pipes specially at the weldings. They aren´t exactly the same dimensions as the Teneré pipes so they need to be custom-fitted.
I managed to get ones in good shape for 40 euros at the wrecker and the fitting cost me about 120 at a specialized company.
What they had to do in order to make them fit was:
-Cut them in the same length, as the oiltank(1VJ) will be in the way of the TTR headers.
-Modify the curvature of the pipe, as it will be troubles with the clutch-side cover.
-Replace the header-protector mounts, to make the original protector fit (optional).
Hope it was helpful for you... I'll post a photo (is the only one I´ve got for now), so judge for yourself and if you have any questions hit me up with a private message
Cheers, Ibai.

they're surprisingly good, a little fettling of the mounts by memory. The paint is certainly passable for a bike you're going to use.

I've been finessing my 34L, wanting to take it to the next level.
It needs the following to make it perfect:
1. Shorten the front brake line, it's slightly too long and annoys me.
2. On the righthand switch gear it needs the little square for engine kill painting red.
3. It needs a longer gear lever as it's hard to get your foot under the pedal with MX boots.
4. Because she's sitting tall on Wilbers suspension front and rear, the side stand isn't long enough and the bike sits rather too far over.
So here we go:
Point number 2.
And point number 3.

I've sourced a side stand which I'll add around 50mm to to try and get the bike more upright.
