Yeah what he said /\ /\ That is part of it. In that dreamin stage. I would like to have a garage like my mate Hal has built with a mezzanine floor and a veiw of the channel out the roller door from the comfy chairs.

Thanks for the complements about painting. If you guys needs some tips or questions answered. I can help.
It was the first time I picked up a spray gun in over a decade to paint the Tenere. The problem or problems with painting are many. For a motor bike, you need a paint that has a high gloss. High resistance to petrol and oil and needs to be flexible and resists scratching from your knees. The De beers paint I used is very toxic and makes Fukushima power plant look like a baby. All the good features that we need equal very toxic. Lower the toxic levels (VOC) and the paint scratches easily and not really resist to spilt petrol. I have been googling around to find a paint that fills our high requirements and has a low VOC. Not as easy as it seems. I sure there is one and will let you know when I find it.
Back in a previous life. I use to paint a bit. Here is a few I prepared earlier. The mates who filled the garage last month with bikes. Were the guys I did my apprenticeship with and we worked on these.

CAC Boomerang at the Point Cook RAAF base
Messerschmitt 163B Komet at the National War museum in Canberra

Those Messerschmidt were rather dangerous, even to the pilots.
The fuel "liked" oxygen so much, that quite a few lit up while beeing fueled up or while roling on the ground.
