Side cover repair?

Hi there, this is my first post here. Just trying to figure out is it possible to repair/replace the fasteners on the plastic side cover. I've a side cover with all of them popped off but considering the price of a replacement side cover...
I was thinking maybe it's possible to make a mould of a fastener from the other side with something and then secure it in place? I was considering trying fiberglass as the body of it and maybe a nail or screw at it's centre, but how would I make the mould?
Any info appreciated! Thanks...

Looks like a bolt and a couple of nuts to secure to the drilled out pin , then grind the bolt head to secure to the rubber grommet on the frame. Mike

I had the same problem. Got some aluminium pins machined up with a flat base to match the location on the inside of the cover. Smoothed with sand paper and stuck with super glue. Worked great and does not interfere with he outside of the cover
