I think they are pannier mounts, look closely & you can see the round location mark where indicators have been.

I know top right, that keeps your wires from getting chewed in the front sprocket, Dan was missing that part on his 34L rebuild.

Top Left. Top engine mounts (head to frame)
Top centre. Umm I recon its a relay holder.
Top Right. Oil line protector which goes on the underside of the sprocket
Centre. The brackets that go under the seat so you can attach seat to the frame.
Centre Right with rubber grommet. Horn holder
Bottom Right. The two brackets with the dots are the mounts for indicators
Bottom Left - bracket with four holes. Front brake hose holder.
The two red squares ummmm. not sure.
