Muffler flanges

I'm not entirely sure what the Tenere folk prefer to do when the muffler "goes north" but I do know that the Suzuki guys have a few good options.
The "40" titanium unit off the GSXR1000 were very popular but have become a little harder to get a hold of of late.
Then the "24" off the Hayabusa became affordable and easier to get, although they are little longer and heavier.

I digress. I've used both and to do so I drew up and got the appropriate flanges watercut from 304 stainless steel.
I am about to get some more cut and thought it might be of some value for the Tenere punters if anyone wants to piggy back on the next order I'm about to put through.

GeoffD - you're on Ebay UK watch for Suzuki mufflers.

When we get a nice pile we can ship them over to OZ.

And as for the can, i was buying them on ebay UK & sending them to a mates place & when i had three it was worth posting down under, its cost 90 quid from memory & i was buying the cans for roughly ten to twenty quid a shot.

Don't forget you can also use the GSXR600/750 can, its identical to the 1000 can, just it's alloy instead of titanium, they're still lots lighter than the standard can & very cheap on ebay...
