desperately WANTED

i need the connecting rubbers from airbox to carb for my other halfs xt550, i bought it for spares for mine, but after a proper look round it decided it didnt need much to get it all sorted, now just in the last stage of rebuild and these are the only items i need.
unless there are any suggestions for an alternative part??

Do you mean the two tubes? 5Y1-14454-00-00 Boats & Partzilla say obsolete but there are other companies in the US who say "Add to cart" :scratch:

Now they could be listing the part but upon ordering they then inform you its out obsolete, worth sending an email though.

they are the tubes, i have had a yam main dealer on the search for me as well, they have been obsolete for about 17 years or so, bit of a pain, but they are the last two bits i need for the mrs 550.
i will keep looking

A bike wrecker in QLD advertised a rotor, so I asked if he had any air tubes.......sadly none. :cry:

Will keep looking for ya..... :sherlock:

this is the only tenere forum that i know of, the bonus here is that there are lots of mechanicly minded folk and people who (from what i gather) dont mind getting their hands dirty with a bit of engineering, definately the top forum.
No mezo isnt paying me, before anyone asks,lol

just got a complete airbox off of ebay for the 550, many many many thanks to you all for looking and helping, most appreciated, i hope i can help with some xt bits at some point, again thank you
