Hi. I have a front rim with some corrosion starting but i think the rim is still ok. is there a way to stop the corrosion continuing, or is it in the bin?

went to my local wrecker and had a dig around...... found a bloody good wheel hiding under some road wheels! even has the correct year 83 stamped in it. had a win!
