There are no more parts to put on top of the clip before you bring the top half of the crankcase in place.

Once the crank cover is on, then you add the parts 4,5,6,9 in this picture.

Il n'y ont plus de pièces à mettre sur l'agrafe avant que vous apportiez la moitié supérieure du carter de vilebrequin en place.

Maybe you have placed an extra part under the spring loaded drive gear for the balance shaft.

I would take off all the right side parts and re-check every part.
Have you changed any part?
