Clutch cover removal

Post by bubliman »

Hey,
I'm worried I might have broken one of my clutch plates, when I crashed.

I recently had the whole clutch apart and it was allright, so I put it back together. I was thinking I could avoid having to let out the coolant, by pulling the water pump out as a whole with the two short screws still holding it together and the 3 long ones that hold it onto the crankcase out.

Also since I have fresh oil in there I would wanna do this with the bike on it's side. When I crashed and the bike was on it's left side, and I noticed fuel dripping out of the tank lid. So now I'm worried to do it like this. Is it not gonna drip if the fuel valve is off?

Thanks for replies
