Manuals for the 3AJ

Hi there folks,
I've come into ownership of a 1988 3AJ, which has since taken me from Bristol to Madrid on the TET trails.
I've managed to slowly and clunkily make my way through basic maintenance and emergency issues, however a full rebuild is on the horizon.

Doing this without a suitable service manual would be a bad time, considering my limited abilities, but I'm struggling to figure out if a manual for the 3AJ exists.... I saw the old post from Mezo, however It would seen the links no longer work.

Anyone have any leads or advice for sourcing a 3AJ manual, or alternatives?

I got my 1vj manual from e-classic bikes in NZ but don’t see anything on there anymore. £60 but worth it.
