Electrex. This is the one for my 1vj.

They do the correct ignition coil, and good regulators too.
Highly likely the same one, but I’d double check with the other 34l/55w guys first

Thanks everyone for your answers, I drove the bike a few times more and figured it out. All it needed was a tiny tiny bit of gas when really hot and it starts right away.

I find with carbs on bikes and old wagons, that once you’ve changed anything, the starting process always changes slightly too. Always a learning curve. 👍
