Between my friend and I, our garage has grown into a proper collection:
Yamahas: XTZ 750 Super Ténéré, XT 600Z 3AJ, and a TT 600
Hondas: XRV RD04, XR 600 R, XR 500 RE
While restoring and riding them, we struggled to find gear that actually fit the Dakar heritage aesthetic. We wanted the rugged, leather tool bags like the early Dakar racers used, but everything modern is plastic or neon.
So, we started Drivana (www.drivana.de). We produce leather accessories in Germany using high-quality vegetable-tanned leather. It’s built to be unmatched in durability—the kind of gear that develops a great patina and outlasts the bike.
We’re enthusiasts making the gear we wanted for our own bikes. Check us out if you're looking for something connected to the heritage.
Cheers,
Josef
