OK, I found this in main jet. It looks like someone drilled to make the hole larger and then realized that needs smaller one. I guess I need new jet.
I don't want to ask Yamaha dealer for part prices here in Serbia because its clearly not an option. I asked once and I regret it.

Had a look at the Saito kit, it's just a repair kit containing gaskets and a float needle
Your pic doesn't show, have a look at one of Mezos' educational vids in the Q & A section.
Which main jet is it? left or right side of the carb.

OK. The jet hole is OK. It is 1.3 mm. Any advice what else to check that may be the cause of too rich mixture? I will check fuel level but everything looks all right there. I will fix picture in first post asap.

I take it it's the left hand jet you are talking about as you say it's 1.3mm (130 jet)
How do you know it's running rich, plug colour?
A bloked/dirty air filter or badly adjusted mixture screw can cause them to run rich.
Yamaha fitted a 122 main jet on the later 660s & a few owners have changed their early 660s to 122 or 125 main jets.

New air filter is what I did first. Spark plug is blackest back and idle is bad. Since I found coper wire used to reduce the main jet hole and mixture was rich with that modification so I started looking for reason other than main jet. Pilot jet was 6 turns away from fully screwed (2.5 in manual) but thats irelevant since it contols air.
Looks like prev owner tried to solve this problem by hacking main jet and pilot screw wthout luck.

The mixture screw on these carbs is "mixture", it's an air screw when it's on the back of the carb, (EDIT this next bit is BOLLOCKS, see my next post) & it effects mixture through out the range, the effect gets less as the throttle opens.
Reset your mixture screw 1st, then re-check your plug.

Yes that's it, the pilot screw.
You use it to adjust the amount of fuel getting to the engine when the throttle is shut, for tickover and small throttle openings up to about 1/4 throttle.
Turn it in (clockwise) to reduce fuel & out to increase.
At 6 turns out from closed your pilot screw was doing nothing, any more than 3.5 to 4 turns out & the hole it covers is completley open, so if you need more fuel, you need a bigger pilot JET (In my previous post I said the mixture (pilot) screw had an effect through out the range, that was BOLLOCKS, it's the JET that has an effect, sorry
)
If you want, tomorrow I'll scan page 6-2 of the manual & try to expain what happens.

Do you know if main jet number 130 is for hole size/diameter of 1.3 mm?
On some jets it is not i.e. on some jets it is number for quantity of fuel that passes through jet in certain amount of time.
That way I can be certain if my main jet is drilled or not. I think I know someone who has a tool to measure it precisely.
