Thx Mezo! :star:
Bought a engine gasket kit a while back, looking at a parts cleaner from REPCO - $199, 75Lt red tub. Still deciding what colour sceam to go with
Once i have made the choice i'll be off and running.

That would be a "scheme". Original is best or you can follow GeoffD who has come up with some quite tasty concoctions.

So I stopped worrying and lo and behold, things did get worse!

We found the bike in a backyard at Murray Bridge, paid $600 for it. No seat as yet or left hand side cover. Engine has been completely stripped all parts seem to be there.
Leaning towards original colour with only white details

I do like Geoff's Tenere 2

And this one aswell

I purchased this bike off E-bay for parts. Most of these items can be fitted to suit the Tenere

:bigeek: it's a roughy, good thinking getting your hands on a spare parts bike

Cheers Dan. Not sure about the light coloured frame due to road grime, chain oil, etc. Living on such a long dirt road its hard to keep any Vehicle clean. A dark coloured frame will definitely show the dirt as well :censored: gotta start some where! :tough:
Is there a program that you can have a photo, say of a bike and change the colour of some parts of that bike to get an idea of what it may look like?

Gimp (open source/free) but ive also been using Paint Shop Pro for many years.

But you need to play with it to be any good, like any program.
