Wanted: Speedo drive unit

I am looking for a speedo drive unit for my Super Ten. Can anyone pehaps help with parts or direct me perhaps to someone that has.

Alternatively, whould another yamaha scrambler with 21" wheels not work. like xt 600 , 350, 250 etc
