Hi Bobster
It should be the same as the 43F and the TT600 silencers, looks a bit home made to me.

Hi Chaps
I keep dropping in every night just to read the posts and i thought i would mention that i have had some progress on the Ten.
Well the nos headlamp cove arrived OK and i managed to get a Nos LHS panel, i also have a good rear shock put
on as well. I also have a solid tank but battered in places rather than the rus,ty on on the bike at the moment,
i want to restore the bike but knowing how hard the plastic is t get i dont want to get it to a stage were i cant find
a mudguard or a RHS panel.

Its been sat in the corner of the garage for 6 months now without being run as i drained all the crap out of the tank
and left it to dry out, well both reserve filters were rotted so i made my own with some fine mesh brass rolled around
a socket drive then solded them up and bonded them into the reserve part of the petrol taps, i think they work ok.
Also glued up the old headlamp cowl and applied a black number board, next job will be to tart the bars up for the
time being until i start the rull resto.

Whilst i had it running it would stop when flicked into gear , i new it would be something to do with the side stand wiring switch
as this had been removed and when i got the bike some of the wiring had been butchered , well one mistake i made was to wire
some of the butchered wire wrong , dont ask me how it was wired wrong but it was and after 10 minutes i had it sorted.

I just need to find the plastic now.

I have an 1VJ just like yours and here in Brazil is very easy to buy the plastic parts. I spent around USD 120,00 to buy it all. Not YAMAHA original, but fair quality. You can try this website, and let me know if you need help in case you decide to buy.

You can buy them with all the stickers.
